Regarding the calculation method for Scope 1, we have added the LPG consumption of certain stores that was subsequently identified. Regarding the calculation method for Scope 2, we have retroactively revised the figures based on newly identified facts, such as confirmation that the electricity used by the shopping centers where our stores are located has been converted to renewable energy. Regarding the calculation method for Scope 3, we have revised the figures based on newly identified baseline data resulting from further refinement of our calculations. The reduction rates for Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3, as well as their total, represent the reduction rates relative to their respective base years.

“Shots” refers to the total quantity of photo-related products sold by the Group, including prints (for photographs), printed articles (for postcards, such as New Year’s postcards), photographs per photo book/album (for photo book/album photos, determined by multiplying the average number of photographs per photo book/album by the number of photo books/albums sold), shots taken (for ID photos), photo data sold (for photo data), the number of units sold multiplied by the number of pictures available (for film, and disposable cameras such as “Fujifilm Utsurundesu”) “Cameras” refers to the total number of photographic devices sold by the Group, including single-lens reflex cameras, mirrorless cameras, compact cameras, replacement lenses, video cameras, INSTAX and other instant cameras. Results for each period are cumulative figures starting from the fiscal year ended March 2023, which was the first year of measurement.

“Managers and supervisors” in our Group refers to “persons in positions of supervision or management” as defined in Article 41-2 of the Labor Standards Act, and includes executives and employees who are in a position of integration with management with regard to labor management (those who have discretionary working hours and are not subject to overtime pay, excluding late-night overtime).
Excludes directors, outside directors and delegated executive officers. The figures are for the number of people who took parental leave each year after their partner gave birth. The figures for each fiscal year from March 2023 to March 2025 are as of the end of each period.
